I forgot to mention that one "bonus" in the upstairs pipe bursting was that I got new paint downstairs. The living room and halls are oatmeal. I was so impressed with the color, then I realized I painted our bedroom the same color 3 years ago... at least I'm consistent.
The kitchen is a granny smith apple green.. very cheerful. I'm just ready for some new countertops to go along with it.
